There is no better pairing than fine wine and a good cut of meat!

Red Edge cordially invites you to 'Butcher and Vine' - where you will learn the art of Butchery at McIvor Meats (Heathcote) followed by lunch at Red Edge. Understand the different cuts of meat, how they are prepared and get your hands dirty as you learn to make your own sausages! Please then join us at Red Edge to enjoy a BBQ with paired wines. 

Tickets cost $85 per person and include 

- Sausage making and 6 sausages to take home with you (Can be stored at Red Edge in the fridge during lunch) 

- BBQ lunch and accompanied wines 

Unfortunately, yet understandably, this event has no Vegetarian / Vegan option

Commencing at 11:30 at McIvor Meats Heathcote (101 High St, Heathcote VIC 3523) 

At 1pm please make your own way to Red Edge (54 Golden Gully road, Heathcote) for lunch. This event will conclude at 4:30pm
