Fruit from Heathcote, was fermented in a 20\/80 mix of new and old french oak barrels. The natural richness and spice of Roussanne has been enhanced by ageing sur lie for 10 months with occasional bâtonnage.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe nose offers chamomile, honey and pear aromas with hints of spiced mead, while its palate is filled with flavours of tropical fruit and roasted nuts.
