HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

All orders will be dispatched from our winery within 3-4 business days. Standard Shipping within Australia takes 2-7 business days after time of dispatch.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order.

DO YOU PROCESS ORDERS DURING WEEKEND AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?

Of course! We work hard all year round to make our wines and therefore are usually able to process orders on weekends and public holidays. Sometimes even we need a holiday though, so your understanding is appreciated.
