Blend of very ripe Shiraz and Tempranillo, 100% whole bunch foot crushed in small open fermenter, then fortified with pot-still brandy spirit at about 3/4 way through fermentation, thereby retaining approximately 70 g/L residual sugar. Matured in old small oak barrels for more than 11 years, before bottling in March 2023.
