Rosé 2025

This is a dry Provence style Rosé. It has aromas of strawberry, peach tea and rose petal. The fruit driven palate, is bone dry, having nice acidity and a balanced finish. It is an ideal accompaniment to summer dishes. 

Made from 100% dry grown estate Mourvèdre. Harvested in early March, it was pressed and left to ferment out dry (no residual sugar). It was filtered and bottled in July 2025
