Ruby 2017

RUBY is a young, fresh, fruit-driven fortified wine. It is made from estate grown Touriga Nacionale, Portugals foremost Port variety. This vintage has aromas of blueberries, plums and raisins. The palate is juicy and slightly sweet, having good natural acidity to balance the rich mouthfeel. The balance of this wine and fortification process, lends itself to ageing, despite its design as a more approachable young wine. Once opened it is recommended to be consumed within two weeks.
