Sparkling Shiraz 2021

Shiraz is the quintessential Australian variety and the hallmark of the Heathcote region! There’s nothing more Australian than ingenuity and creativity, so we’ve put a spin on our classic Red Edge Shiraz…introducing the inaugural Red Edge Sparkling Shiraz! The Australian summer has given this 2021 sparkling shiraz rich dark berry fruit and a powerful palate. The winemaking process has exposed brioche, hazelnut and wild spice characters. A sugar liqueur dosage of 8g per litre was added prior to disgorgement giving a balanced mouth feel and a dry finish. A great accompaniment to game dishes and Christmas roasts.
