Spring Pack

Spring has sprung and we have created this pack of wines to enjoy in the Spring months. It includes our:

1 x 2021 Roussanne

A white variety originating in the Rhone valley of France. The grapes were grown in Nagambie and have created a rich wine with hints of melon, pear and beeswax.

1 x 2021 Sparkling Shiraz

An off dry sparkling wine made from 100% Shiraz. Disgorged after 12 months the wine shows brioche, sarsaparilla and red fruit characters. 

1 x 2022 Rose

Fermented until dry, from Mourvèdre grapes. It has racy acidity, red fruits and dried herbs. It's the taste of the French Riviera!

1 x 2021 Tinto Mezclaod

The 2021 'Tinto' shows aromatics of roses and red fruits, whilst being textural and savoury on the palate. It's lighter and more aromatic than previous vintages. 

2 x 2021 Degree Shiraz

An early drinking style of Shiraz, still with plenty of flavour. Spicy notes and ripe fruits dominate, yet the palate is evidently drinkable with soft approachable tannins.
